4-Week Beginner Ropes Wall Series

Thursdays, January 10th – 31st

Leverage is a game changer when practicing yoga postures. The ropes wall provides a great source of leverage.

Lessen the learning curve with this great tool. The ropes will help you to get a grasp on what you should be doing in a yoga posture versus what you think you should be doing.

Address tension and muscular restriction in the back, chest, shoulders, abdomen, groins and hip flexors as well as a great way to develop core stability and spinal traction.

Once you practice with ropes, your practice will be forever altered and safer!

I am an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher – E-RYT 200 and a qualified Continuing Education Provider with Yoga Alliance – YACEP. Gain credit towards your CE training hour requirements through this informative workshop!

$75 per student
Class size is limited to 10-12 people. All supplies provided.
Upon completion of the series you will receive:

Leverage Matters : Ropes & Wheels Workshop

Leverage can make a huge difference when practicing yoga postures. The ropes wall and yoga wheels provide a great source of leverage.

There are an impressive variety of ways of accessing core strength, developing flexibility and cultivating deep awareness using a yoga wheel. Whether you are a die hard yogi or fairly new to the practice of yoga, this workshop will help you discover new ways of using your body more efficiently.

The antidote to fear! Experience clear understanding by using the yoga wheel as a form of leverage to better understand the approach that leads to success in arm balancing and inverting.

It’s versatile enough to be accessible for a variety of skill levels. Pick up on deep core engagement so you can embody it and translate those skills in your practice.

No wheel? No worries! 12 wheels are available for use or your can bring your own.

Cost $35 pre-registration, $40 day of, or $95 for all three wheel workshops.

One Day Retreat featuring Yoga on Wheels & Sink In with Yin

I am thrilled to visit my dear friends at Beyond Bending Yoga to lead two workshops on the same day.

They offering a special “One Day Retreat” price of $75 which includes the regular studio Morning Vinyasa class taught by studio owner Jennifer McIntee, both workshops – yoga wheel and yin, a mid-day lunch and a post-lunch guided meditation class to prepare for the afternoon Yin Workshop.

Space is limited to 15 people per class.
No wheel? No worries! 12 wheels are available for use or your can bring your own.
