Leverage Matters : Ropes & Wheels Workshop

Exclusively at The Glowing Body Yoga Studio

Sunday, July 16th
9:00am – 12:00pm

Leverage can make a huge difference when practicing yoga postures. The ropes wall and yoga wheels provide a great source of leverage.

Lessen the learning curve with these great props – both tools will help you to get a grasp on what you should be doing in a yoga posture versus what you think you should be doing.

Each tool helps to address tension and muscular restriction in the back, chest, shoulders, abdomen, groins and hip flexors as well as a great way to develop core stability and spinal traction.

$40 per student
* Class is limited to 12 students.

Pure and Simple : 4-Week Beginner Series 
Exclusively at The Glowing Body Yoga Studio 

Saturdays, July 8th – 29th
11:30am – 12:30pm

Always wanted to try yoga, and not sure where to begin? Not quite ready to jump into a public class? Looking for a breakdown of the fundamentals of yoga?
Take a deep breath. This series is for you!
  • Created exclusively for beginners.
  • Alignment techniques to keep you practicing safely and breathing exercises to support your practice from the inside out.
  • Props for support and modifications – including the Ropes Wall!

Start your practice safely in a welcoming environment, with specific emphasis on your personal alignment needs. Our group will be small (capacity 12).

Investment = $80
