An intimate series designed to introduce absolute beginners to yoga, in our beautiful studio featuring quality instruction that will set you up for a successful and enjoyable yoga practice. Class size is limited to 8-10 people.

Experience the new prop on the block and have fun doing it!

Yoga wheels boast an impressive variety of new ways of accessing strength, flexibility and deep release.Yoga Wheel Class at The Glowing Body Yoga Studio

Whether you are a die hard yogi, new to the practice of yoga or just want a fun workout prop, this workshop will help you to discover new ways of using your body more efficiently.

Leverage from the wheel makes postures more attainable – especially arm balances and back bends – and allows you to feel muscle groups in ways that help you grow no matter what your favorite way to exercise is.

Expect to gain all around knowledge on how to use this great athletic tool and increase your understanding of the anatomy and physiology of yoga postures.
Be sure to bring something to take notes with.

No wheel? No worries! 12 Wheels are available for use or you can bring your own.

Gain credit towards your CE training hour requirements through this informative workshop!
I am an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher – E-RYT 200 and a qualified Continuing Education Provider with Yoga Alliance – YACEP.

4-Week Yoga Wheel Series
Exclusively at The Glowing Body Yoga Studio
Thursdays at 9:00 – 10:00am
June 9th – June 30th AND July 7th – 28th

Take some time to acclimate to the wheel, and learn how to use it!

This wheel-shaped prop helps to address tension and muscular restriction in the back, chest, shoulders, abdomen, groins and hip flexors.

It’s versatile enough to be accessible for a variety of skill levels.

A great source of leverage due to the ’pull on the wheel’ factor which creates counterbalance which makes it a superb tool for improving arm balances.

The wheel really shines as a useful preparatory tool and prop for all kinds of backbends—from bridge pose to full pigeon, to everything in between.

$60 per student or $100 for both 4-week sessions.
