The Ropes Wall and Yoga Wheels will be used to help you to be able to traction your spine and to comprehend the possibilities of movement where the spine is supported well.

I am an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher – E-RYT 200 and a qualified Continuing Education Provider with Yoga Alliance – YACEP. Gain credit towards your CE training hour requirements through this informative workshop!

Leverage Matters: Ropes, Wheels & Straps

Leverage can make a huge difference when practicing yoga postures. The ropes wall, yoga wheels and yoga straps provide a great source of leverage.

Both tools will help you to get a grasp on what you should be doing in a yoga posture versus what you think you should be doing. Lessen the learning curve with these great props!

Each tool helps to address tension and muscular restriction in the back, chest, shoulders, abdomen, groins and hip flexors, as well as a great way to develop core stability and spinal traction.
