Leverage can make a huge difference when practicing yoga postures. The ropes wall and yoga chairs & wheels provide a great source of leverage.

Lessen the learning curve with these great props – both tools will help you to get a grasp on what you should be doing in a yoga posture versus what you think you should be doing.

All of these tools help to address tension and muscular restriction in the back, chest, shoulders, abdomen, groins and hip flexors as well as a great way to develop core stability and spinal traction.

I am an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher – E-RYT 200 and a qualified Continuing Education Provider with Yoga Alliance – YACEP.

There are an impressive variety of ways of accessing core strength, developing flexibility and cultivating deep awareness using a yoga wheel. Whether you are a die hard yogi or fairly new to the practice of yoga, this workshop will help you discover new ways of using your body more efficiently.

Expect to gain all around knowledge on how to use this great tool and increase your understanding of the anatomy and physiology of forward folding, balancing & twisting yoga postures.

Learn how to develop core stability in these types of postures to protect your tissues from injury so you can practice safely for a lifetime.

It’s versatile enough to be accessible for a variety of skill levels. Pick up on deep core engagement so you can embody it and translate those skills in your practice.

No wheel? No worries! 14 wheels are available for use or your can bring your own.

Cost $35 pre-registration, $40 day of, or $95 for all three wheel workshops.
