Take some time to acclimate to the wheel, and learn how to use it!
This wheel-shaped prop helps to address tension and muscular restriction in the back, chest, shoulders, abdomen, groins and hip flexors.
It’s versatile enough to be accessible for a variety of skill levels.
A great source of leverage due to the ’pull on the wheel’ factor which creates counterbalance which makes it a superb tool for improving arm balances.
The wheel really shines as a useful preparatory tool and prop for all kinds of backbends—from bridge pose to full pigeon, to everything in between.
$60 per student or $100 for both 4-week sessions.
