Yoga can literally put you in vulnerable positions that make you feel uncomfortable, but it is important to embrace as it helps you to accept what you can’t do well or what scares you. Being vulnerable does not mean being weak. It means you expose your soft underbelly, stop avoiding disappointment or fear, and more openly receive what comes from a place of open heartedness.
