Never tried ropes wall yoga, but ready to learn? Want to learn how to use this outstanding tool from a professional yoga teacher who knows how to adapt to your needs?

This intimate series is designed to introduce absolute beginners to ropes wall yoga. I have trained countless hours to provide you with quality instruction that will set you up for a successful and enjoyable yoga practice.

Doing yoga postures on the ropes wall helps to address tension and muscular restriction in the back, chest, shoulders, abdomen, groins and hip flexors as well as a great way to develop core stability and spinal traction. Plus, it’s FUN!

Class size is limited to 12 people.

Upon completion of the series you will receive:
